Enactment of this bill will increase expenditures from the General Fund $65,000 one-time in FY 2014 for data processing expenses to update the disclosures.utah.gov website. Expenditures would increase by about $15,000 ongoing beginning FY 2014 for additional staff time to implement, monitor, record, and update the disclosures.utah.gov website and information submitted by users.
