Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Enactment of this bill could cost some Local Education Agencies up to $20,000 per instance to install new fire supression systems and remove underground storage tanks. There could also be savings for some Local Education Agencies up to $15,000 per instance for waivers related to Emergency Responder Radio Coverage.
