Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Enactment of this bill could increase revenue in some municipalities currently charging discounted rates for telecommunications services.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Some Utah residents currently receiving discounted rates for telecommunications services would experience an increased cost. Aggregate cost to these customers is estimated at $400,000.
