State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will cost Utah State Courts $12,000 one-time from the General Fund in FY 2014 for upgrading interfaces and case management systems. Enactment will also cost State Archives approximately $8,000 ongoing from the General Fund for reviewing information requests and redacting newly protected information (date of birth).
