Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Local governments may see an increase in sales tax and fine revenue of $6,400 in FY 2014 and FY 2015.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Enactment of this bill imposes tobacco tax and fines on consumers and providers of certain nicotine products, which represents an increase in the tobacco tax, sales tax, and fine burden of about $286,600 in FY 2014 and $292,800 in FY 2015.
