Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Enactment of this bill could increase licensing fees for individuals with ownership interest in unincorporated entities by $85 dollars as a $20 registration fee is replaced by a $105 license fee. An estimated 1,248 individuals will be impacted.
