State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will cost the Department of Corrections from the General Fund $1,300 in FY 2014, $2,500 in FY 2015, and $3,800 each year thereafter for probation supervision. An estimated $1,300 annually in General Fund revenue will be collected in fines.

Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Enactment of this bill likely will not result in direct, measurable costs for local governments.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
An estimated average of .5 offenders per year will pay $1,300 in fines.
