SB0154 - Sales and Use Taxation of Water

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill increases total sales tax revenue by $24,374,000 in FY 2015, all of which is deposited in the Water Resources Conservation and Development Fund. Also, the Tax Commission receives an adminstrative fee for collecting local sales tax revenue of $84,000 in FY 2015.

Individuals and businesses will see an increase in the sales tax burden of $34,766,000.
