State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill may increase the revenue generated from partial tuition for certain concurrent enrollment courses by participating higher education institutions. Estimates indicate that system wide this additional revenue may total $774,000 beginning in FY 2014.
