State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will cost the Department of Human Resource Management an estimated $31,700 one-time and $75,200 ongoing from the General Fund in FY 2014 for program and survey design and operations. The Department of Commerce will require an estimated $2,100 ongoing from the Commerce Service Fund in FY 2014 for data tracking. Commerce Service Fund spending affects the annual transfer to the General Fund.
