SB0206 - Office of Medicaid Inspector General Amendments
State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enacting this bill may increase collections from fraud and waste for the Medicaid program in third-party liability cases by approximately $7 million per year beginning in FY 2014. That $7 million is approximately $2 million General Fund, and $5 million federal Medicaid funds.
