State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill could cost the Lt. Governor's Office $15,000 per year from the General Fund to register candidates seeking an appointment to fill a vacancy, oversee the filing of financial disclosures and statements of dissolution from these candidates, and to provide administrative assistance throughout the appointment process.
