SB0260 - Reading Assessment Amendments
State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill reduces the ongoing Education Fund appropriation for the K-3 Reading Program Diagnostic Assessment System by $2,200,000 and appropriates the same amount to fund the Early Intervention interactive computer software request for proposals process outlined in the bill. The amount remaining in the base appropriation for the Diagnostic Assessment System is $800,000.
