State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will create a $100 fine for conducting a poll and failing to disclose who paid for the poll to the person being surveyed. The number of these instances is unknown at this time. Any fine imposed remits to the General Fund.

Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Enactment of this bill likely will not result in direct, measurable costs for local governments.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
A person or organization that conducts a poll and fails to disclose who paid for the poll may pay a fine of $100. The number of these instances is unknown at this time.
