HB0106S03 - Medicaid Inspector General Amendments

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill would reallocate funding from one organization to another, this reallocation would not have a positive or negative net impact on the state budget. The State could forgo payments from Medicaid providers associated with fraud, waste, and abuse in cases where the current Medicaid provider manual or current Medicaid information bulletin is in conflict with the Medicaid state plan or administrative rules.
