Enactment of this bill appropriates $15,000,000 ongoing General Fund, $14,000,000 of which would go to a General Fund Restricted Account that does not exist, and $1,000,000 of which would go to the State Office of Education for grants to school districts and charter schools for STEM related career and technical education courses.
