State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill would cost the Department of Insurance $260,000 from the Insurance Department Restricted Account in both FY 2014 and FY 2015. Funding would be one-time over the two year period. Spending from the Insurance Department Restricted Account affects annual transfers to the General Fund.
