State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill would reduce the General Fund by $37,551,000 in FY 2014 and by $40,000,000 in FY 2015. There will be corresponding increases in the Education Fund revenues and expenditures of the same amounts.
