HB0271S02 - Funding for Public Education

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill would reduce the General Fund by $7,461,600 in FY 2014 and by $14,456,500 in FY 2015. There will be corresponding increases in the Education Fund revenues and expenditures of the same amounts. In subsequent years the Education Fund base will increase by 25 percent of the new liquor revenue growth.
