State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill could increase fine revenues by an estimated $40,000. The $40,000 increase in collections would be deposited into the Transportation Fund for highway littering education and enforcement programs. Computer programming changes at Courts may cost an estimated $4,000 one-time from the General Fund in FY 2014.
