Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Businesses offering continuing education courses could see increased revenue from the required courses. There are about 6,200 massage therapists who would be required to pay the cost for the courses in order to obtain the 24 hours of continuing education authorized in the bill.
