SB0003 - Appropriations Adjustments

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
This bill appropriates $8,177,800, including $8,190,300 from the General/Education Fund in Fiscal Year 2013 and $49,030,400, including $9,784,700 from the General/Education Fund in Fiscal Year 2014, for the support and operations of state government. The bill further reduces scheduled transfers from the General/Education funds to other funds and accounts in FY 2013 by ($4,400,000) and transfers an additional $12,000,000 from the General/Education funds to other funds and accounts in FY 2014. Finally, the bill includes $51,961,800 in Capital Projects Funds in FY 2014.
