SB0059 - Workers' Compensation Coordination of Benefits Amendments

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will increase expenditures from the General Fund one-time in FY 2014 for a full-time temporary position in the Department of Insurance to review and refile policy forms from health insurance companies. Spending from the Insurance Department Restricted Account affects annual transfers to the General Fund.
