SB0109S01 - Change Application Procedure
State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will cost the Office of the Property Rights Ombudsman $4,200 from the Commerce Service Fund and will generate $600 revenues to the Commerce Service Fund. The spending from the Commerce Service Fund affects the annual transfer to the General Fund. The net impact to the General Fund will be ($3,600). The bill will also cost the Division of Water Rights $2,500 from Dedicated Credits. Both entities stated that they can handle the additional costs within existing appropriations.
