SB0109S04 - Change Application Procedure

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will cost the Office of the Property Rights Ombudsman $7,700 from the Commerce Service Fund and will generate $1,100 revenues to the Commerce Service Fund. Commerce Service Fund spending affects the annual transfer to the General Fund. This bill will also cost the Division of Water Rights $8,400 from the General Fund.
