State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill likely will not materially impact the state budget.

Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Law enforcement agencies will collect $30 for past due warrants that are collected by an agent under the provisions of the bill. There is insufficient data to estimate total collections.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
To the extent that certain offenders are able, they will pay up to $80 as a fee to agents serving and executing a warrant that is 180 days past due.
