SB0225 - Immigration Trigger Dates

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill may postpone the fiscal impacts of implementing the Utah Immigration Accountability and Enforcement Act for two years (until FY 2016). Should the state receive federal waivers before that time, the fiscal impacts may be incurred earlier.

Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Enactment of this bill may postpone local governments' fiscal impacts of implementing the Utah Immigration Accountability and Enforcement Act for two years (until FY 2016). Should the state receive federal waivers before that time, the fiscal impacts may be incurred earlier.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Enactment of this bill may postpone individuals' and businesses' fiscal impacts of implementing the Utah Immigration Accountability and Enforcement Act for two years (until FY 2016). Should the state receive federal waivers before that time, the fiscal impacts may be incurred earlier.
