State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enacting this bill may cost the Department of Agriculture and Food $8,700 beginning in FY 2014, of which $5,600 comes from dedicated credits revenue generated by this bill, and $3,100 comes from the General Fund ongoing. The bill allows the department to use up to 10% ($100,000) of the appropriation to the Invasive Species Mitigation Account for department administration, project planning, monitoring, or implementation.
