SB0264 - Office of Recovery Services Pilot Program

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill appropriates $33,000 from the General Fund and $33,000 from federal funds to the Office of Recovery Services in the Department of Human Services for one additional collections agent beginning in FY 2014. Based upon previous collections, it is anticipated that additional collections will be returned to the Office of Recovery Services due to enactment of this bill at least equivalent to the state cost of the additional collections agent.
