HB0001S02 - Public Education Base Budget Amendments

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
This bill appropriates $3,812,645,900, including $2,645,914,700 from the General, Education, and Uniform School funds, for the support and operations of state and local education agencies for fiscal year 2015. This bill also reduces nonlapsing balances appropriated in FY 2014 in the Minimum School Program, Utah State Office of Education, State Charter School Board, and the Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind by a total of $35,113,600.
