State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
This bill appropriates $4,029,600, including $1,256,400 from the General/Education Funds for FY 2014, plus $55,745,200, including $20,236,000 from the General/Education Funds for FY 2015. These appropriations support the operations and capital acquisitions of state government, including expendable funds and accounts. The bill deposits $12,675,800 in FY 2015 into the unrestricted General and Education funds. It transfers another $200,000 in FY 2015 from the General/Education funds into other funds and accounts.
