State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Presuming the adjutant general establishes the program as authorized in this bill, implementation may cost the Utah National Guard $1.5 million from dedicated credits in FY 2015 and FY 2016 for personnel and current expenses. The Utah National Guard could generate an equal amount in dedicated credits.
