State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
This bill appropriates $200,000 one-time from the General Fund in FY 2015 to the Division of Air Quality. Funds would be used on approved grants to implement clean air technologies for vehicles and equipment.

Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Local health departments may enter into agreements with the Division of Air Quality to administer a clean air program.
Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Grants will be made available to individuals for eligible projects. Grant amounts are limited to 50% of the cost of the conversion equipment or 50% of the incremental cost of the orignal manufacturer equipment (OEM) vehicle.
