State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill could cost the Department of Health $1.8 million from the General Fund and $4.4 million in federal funds per year beginning in FY 2015 to serve 320 children with autism via Medicaid. The bill could cost the State $103,000 from the General Fund, $112,100 from the Education Fund, $16,400 from the Transportation Fund, and $119,400 from other funds per year beginning in FY 2015 to serve 26 children with autism via the Public Employees Health Plan.
