State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill could cost the Utah Education Network $835,000. Of this amount, $455,000 is from the General Fund and is currently appropriated to the Utah Tele-Health Network line item at the University of Utah. The remaining $380,000 will be paid by the University of Utah Hospital.
