The bill costs and generates dedicated credits of $70,000 in FY 2014, $200,000 in FY 2015, and $150,000 ongoing beginning in FY 2016 for the Department of Health for 2 FTEs to issue electronic cigarette product licenses and ensure compliance as well as creating a new database for issuing and maintaining licenses.
