State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill could increase license revenue to the Commerce Service Fund by $3,000 annually. Costs to the Commerce Department process, track, notify applicants, and mail applications could be $2,000 annually from the Commerce Service Fund.
