HB0154 - Wood Burning Amendments
State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
This bill appropriates $750,000 one-time from the General Fund in FY 2015 to the Division of Air Quality (DAQ). The money will be spent as follows: $500,000 as reimbursement for the converision of wood burning stoves (grant program) and $250,000 for a public education campaign.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Individuals that convert their wood burning stoves to a natural gas or other clean fuel heating source may be eligible for reimbursement. The net savings to these individuals is $500,000.
