State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Presuming the definition on lines 36 through 44 of this bill applies to the National Security Agency, enactment of this bill likely will not materially impact the state budget. If that definition is more broadly applied to other federal agencies, enactment of this bill could result in the loss of $484.5 million in federal funds for FY 2014 and $1.85 billion in federal funds ongoing beginning in FY 2015.
