State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill could the cost the Courts ongoing from the General Fund beginning in FY 2015 between $7.2 million and $17.2 million for increased security expenses including personnel, supervision, administration, travel, equipment and training for all courthouses across the state.
