State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Beginning FY 2015, enactment of this bill could cost $65,800 Transportation Fund ongoing for one program director in the Driver License Division to carry out the provisions of this bill. Enactment of this bill could cost $4,100 Transportation Fund one-time in FY 2015 for start-up costs of the new employee, and $20,000 Transportation Fund one-time in FY 2014 for information technology costs in the Driver License Division. Enactment of this bill could cost $3,300 General Fund one-time in FY 2014 for information technology costs in the Lt. Governor's Office to implement the provisions of this bill.
