Enactment of this bill could cost the Department of Public Safety $20,000 one-time in FY 2014 and $22,800 ongoing in FY 2015 from the "Transportation Restricted - Public Safety Fund" to make both internal and external programming changes and to notify individuals holding an identification card of their renewal options four months prior to expiration.
