Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Should local governments exercise eminent domain in certain cases involving golf courses this may cost them in increased mitigation impact costs however the total amount is unquantifiable at this time.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
In certain cases involving golf courses this bill may result in higher mitigation impact compensation for businesses and individuals where eminent domain is exercised, however the total amount is unquantifiable.
