HB0366 - Expungement Amendments
State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will cost: (1) the State Office of Education $8,800 one-time from the General Fund in FY 2014 for programming changes, (2) the Department of Commerce about $6,400 ongoing from the Commerce Service Fund in FY 2015 for expungement processing, and (3) the Department of Insurance about $900 from the Insurance Department Restricted Account for expungment processing. Spending from the Commerce Service Fund and Insurance Department Restricted Account affects annual transfers to the General Fund.
