Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Any regulated officeholder who violates the provisions of this bill could be charged with a class B misdemeanor and be subject to a $100 civil fine by the Lt.Governor's office. A class B misdemeanor carries a fine of $583. The number of individuals potentially subject to these fines is indeterminate.
