State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill likely will not materially impact the state budget. However, if the state opts to fund a Western States Presidential Primary and declares it be held electronically, this bill could cost about $1.6 million to produce a secure online election platform to facilitate the election.
