HB0418 - Rights of Relatives to Child Visitation

State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill will create additional workload and associated total ongoing costs of $47,600 from the General Fund for the following agencies beginning in FY 2015. Individual agency estimates are: 1. Courts - $24,100 - for judge/clerk time and jury expenses, 2. Attorney General - $17,600 - for attorney representation, and 3. Guardian ad Litem - $5,900 - for attorney representation. This bill may also generate about $12,000 in ongoing General Fund revenue.
