Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
About 183,700 individuals registering off-highway vehicles will pay $0.50 more on an annual basis. In FY 2014 about 25,200 individuals will pay $0.50 more. Qualified charitable clinics providing rehabilitation services to an individual in Utah with a traumatic spinal cord or brain injury may see an increase in revenues up to $13,000 in FY 2014 and ongoing revenue of $92,000 beginning in FY 2015.
