State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill could increase revenue from the Statewide Unified E-911 Emergency Services program by $682,900 annually and decrease revenue to the Poison Control Center by $1,872,200 annually.

Local Governments (UCA 36-12-13(2)(c)):
Local revenue may increase by $976,100 annually from the change in the Emergency Telecommunications Charge.

Direct Expenditures by Utah Residents and Businesses (UCA 36-12-13(2)(d)):
Individuals and businesses may see an increase in tax liability of $1,659,000 from the changes to the Emergency Services taxes and a decrease in tax liability of $1,872,200 from a change in the Poison Control Center charge.
