State Government (UCA 36-12-13(2)(b)):
Enactment of this bill could increase revenue to the Commerce Service Fund by $76,800 annually as an estimated 435 pharmacists and 145 pharmacy facilities pay license fees under the provisions of the bill. Costs to the Department of Commerce to implement the regulatory functions in the bill could be $78,600 annually. Spending from the Commerce Service Fund affects annual transfers to the General Fund.
